By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing any Resell Signals product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made through Resell Signals are final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable.
This applies to, but is not limited to:
• Digital products and courses
• Coaching or mentorship programs
• Automation software and tools
• Subscriptions (monthly or yearly)
• Community access (including Discord)
• Done-with-you or done-for-you services
• Case studies, templates, downloads, and bonuses
Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
NO REFUNDS FOR NON-USAGE OR MISSED ACCESS
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Failure to use the product or service
• Lack of results or unmet expectations
• Missed coaching calls or sessions
• Inactivity or abandonment of the program
• Technical issues caused by third-party platforms
• Account suspension or actions taken by marketplaces
You are responsible for taking action and utilizing the resources provided.
PAYMENT PLANS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Payment plans are commitments to pay the full program price over time and are not subscriptions.
By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree:
• To complete all remaining payments
• That early cancellation does not release you from payment obligations
• That access may be revoked for failed or missed payments
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. Charges already processed will not be refunded.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this Refund Policy is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
We will dispute all chargebacks using evidence including, but not limited to:
• Proof of access and usage
• Login records and timestamps
• IP logs
• Communication history
Filing a chargeback may result in immediate termination of access and permanent banning from future services.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds will only be issued in the case of a verified duplicate charge made in error.
No other exceptions will be granted under any circumstances.
