Resell does not offer refunds to any user under any circumstances outside our refund policy and by purchasing a membership to our service, you agree that all payments collected from you are irreversible and you will not attempt to seek a refund via chargebacks. By buying or redeeming a subscription, you agree to be charged $75 on a monthly renewal basis. Resell Signals reserves the right to revoke your access to your membership for any reason at any given time, and by purchasing a membership you acknowledge that your membership can be revoked whether or not your membership purchase falls in the exclusions stated in these terms.

Resell Signals grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use our service strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and Resell Signals (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "Resell Signals", "us", "we" , “Resell Signals ” , or "our"), the provider of the Resell Signals website and the services accessible from the Resell Signals website (which are collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the "Resell Signals"). Age restrictions apply: Resell Signals does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: Placing Order

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example). Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Article 6: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code).

The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Article 8: Refund/Cancelation Policy

All membership fees are considered final and non-refundable. We strive to provide a high-

quality user experience: if there is an error in billing (duplicate charge), you have an issue accessing resources, or are otherwise unhappy, our support team via Discord will be able to assist further. On a case-by-case basis, partial and complete refunds may be granted after discussion with staff with authority to authorize a payment reversal.

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are recurring until cancelled by the customer. You may cancel your recurring subscription for the Service at any time by visiting our website and signing in to the User Account Dashboard and clicking "cancel subscription". Any applied coupons or discounts will expire prior to or upon cancelation depending on the coupon terms. If a coupon/discount has a finite redemption period, at the end of the redemption period you will be

charged the full price of the recurring subscription purchased on the following billing cycle. At the end of a free trial, you will be automatically charged for the purchased membership price. If you wish to cancel before the free trial ends, visit our website and sign in to the User Account Dashboard and click "cancel subscription" Billing cycle starts the day of purchase. Refunds cannot be given due to the fact that customers receive full and immediate access to all resources upon purchasing. In order to not be charged on the next billing cycle, cancelations must be made before the renewal date.
